Unlike the other blogs, initially the blog wasn't created because I like to spend time to type, but simply for the sake of convenience. Who knows, I end up having a little bit self-improvement (and fun, may be) by accident.

My learned friend Caely Yo in her vlog said that this blog focuses on Conflict of Laws and Company Law, but the truth is that the said notes are there simply because my juniors have asked for it! I have uploaded these notes for their further reference. I am willing to upload more, or share a little bit on my experience, if someone is coming for it.
